Due to the handcrafted nature of our goods, we cannot accept any returns or refunds. So, please double check before finalizing your order! In the event that you believe you have made a mistake, please let us know immediately, as I cannot issue a return once the order has gone into production.
We stand by our work, and meticulously inspect each piece before it gets sent out. With each product comes a lifetime warranty. In the event that any part of an item from us should be found defective, do not hesitate to contact us so that we can remedy it. In the event that a certain material or color is unavailable, we'll try our best to find other options for you. Please contact us with your name, contact info, photos, and a description of the defective item to email@example.com.
All of our goods are slow-made, please time for them to be made. All goods are eligible for free shipping via USPS domestic standard mail for all orders over $50.
For orders outside of the US, please note that you may experience custom duty fees once it arrives at your destination. I am not responsible for those charges. Please check with your country's customs duty fee information for cost rates.
